In the same way as my lump sum fees package, bespoke services are based around the work stages of the RIBA Plan of Work. This is a standard plan of action that can be adapted for any project. For new homes, social housing and commercial projects I cover all the project stages (RIBA 0-7) and fees are based on the size and complexity of the project, they can be either lump sums or a percentage of the construction cost.

Breakdown of fees

Invoices are issued for work completed at some or all of the following stages of the project, the breakdown will be tailored to suit the needs of each project.

I am involved in the charity sector through my local church and seek to support local charities by offering an element of ‘Pro Bono’ work and a discount on my professional fees. I am happy to discuss your project informally at a very early stage.


Time Charges

Where a project does not fall into a lump sum package or a bespoke fee, I can work on a time basis. If working on this basis, I will agree an upper limit with you before commencing work.
